Get to Know the Owner: Ryan Baker started his journey into finish carpentry while attending college at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. The love for construction and building all started with a job posting to clean construction sites. After attending Cal Poly that same builder then introduced Ryan into multiple trades and an understanding of the building process. Out of all of the trades it was finish carpentry that became the main focus. That focus has not changed to this day. The focus on delivering the best product possible and investing time in the team as well as the craft is what defines Masterpiece Carpentry.
